About
Mission RHW.
RHW stands for Relationships, Health, and Wealth. This site covers the wealth part. The other two are the reason the wealth part matters.
I run this business from Sweden. The work sits at the intersection of the three things I organise my life around: relationships, health, and wealth. I have lived and worked in five countries, and each one changed what I thought I understood about money, people, and time.
Mission RHW is the result of a decision to build real wealth honestly—not as a productivity framework, but as a way of living that supports keeping relationships strong and staying physically capable.
Why it is three things and not one.
Most people who focus on wealth alone end up with money and not much else. Most people who focus on health alone reach a point where it has become an identity rather than a foundation. Most people who focus on relationships alone spend their energy holding things together without building anything.
The three are not separate goals. They are one system. Where all three overlap is where a good life actually sits. This website is the wealth chapter of my life project.
Not wealth in the sense of chasing a number. Wealth in the sense of building things that keep working, that give you options, that you own rather than rent. Time you buy back instead of trading forever.
Three businesses, built the hard way.
Before any of this, I built businesses from scratch. Not acquired, not funded, not inherited. Started from nothing, made the expensive mistakes first-hand, and kept going.
MTNKM — Custom kitchens and cabinetry
The one I am most proud of is not mine alone. A family business founded in New Zealand in 2003. Custom kitchens, windows, and cabinetry, built with real hands, real tools, and no outside money. It is still running today, 23 years later.
mtnkm.co.nz — custom kitchens, windows, and cabinetry. Family-owned. Still building. This is what staying the course actually looks like in practice.
MTN Capital Ventures — Commercial real estate
The second business is a commercial real estate portfolio management firm. We own and run seven commercial buildings. This is long-term capital at work: assets that produce income without requiring you to sell your time every morning to keep things moving.
Running a property portfolio is, in its own way, a lesson in systems. The work that goes wrong is almost never the asset itself. It is the administrative layer around it. The lease tracking, the maintenance schedules, the supplier relationships, the financial reporting. The same problem I have spent years solving for other people, I first had to solve for myself.
Where this business came from.
Running both of those businesses, I kept watching the same problem appear in different clothes. The actual work, the building, the managing, the designing, ran fine. What was slow was the layer around it. Quoting took days when it should take hours. Lease documents were re-typed three times between systems. Invoices sat unsent for a week because there was always something else first.
That administrative layer was not a character failing. It was a structural problem. And the cost of it was not just money. It was time, and that time came from somewhere. Usually from evenings. Usually from the parts of life that matter more than filing.
When I understood how to fix that problem with software, I started building the solutions. First for the businesses I was already running. Then for others. This is what Mission RHW the service became: the practical, working expression of the wealth chapter of my life project. Building things that give people their time back so the other two pillars have room to breathe.
How we work.
Slowly, compared to most. A small automation takes two to three weeks. A proper system takes four to eight. We work with a small number of clients at a time. We reply within one working day, in writing. We do not run calls unless they are genuinely the right tool for the conversation.
We do not do marketing, SEO, or social media strategy, even if the name suggests otherwise. The name is the life philosophy. The work is building systems that handle the administrative layer of your business so you do not have to.
If you want to understand exactly what working together looks like, it is written up plainly in this article. Read that before you reach out. It will save us both time.
What we will not do.
- Marketing, SEO, ads, social. Not what we do.
- Work above a certain size. We are a small shop. If you need a team, we will point you at one honestly.
- Software you have to keep paying for. Every build is owned by you when we are done.
- Ready-made tools dressed up as custom work.
- Work where we cannot look after your data safely. We will tell you honestly if we are not the right people.
How to start.
The easiest starting point is the five-question audit. It takes under a minute and gives us enough to start a real conversation. If you already know what you need, send a message directly.
If you are just reading and not ready to hire anyone, the writing is there for you. No sign-up, no email sequence, no pressure. Just the articles.
